The wireless receiver can hang in front or over the back of your head. The on/off switches on the receiver/transmitter are a little small and you need to be careful not to hide the light when you turning them on and off. The battery on these headphones lasts about eight to ten hours or so. These headphones sound as good to me as my friends’ Etymotic at close to the same price–this wireless option makes these my first choice due to the better quality they offer.

One thing that has always perplexed me about Bluetooth headsets is that the companies that make them insist on hanging all that technology right off your ears! There are these Bluetooth headsets that make you look like a total dork if you just walk around wearing them at all hours of the day. Aliph Jawbone are a particularly fine example. However, when walking, or worse still jogging, around it adds unwanted weight that most people don’t like or want. With all of that in mind, you should avoid products like that and take an interest in taking a look at Sennheiser’s MM200 Bluetooth ‘phones as they eschew the hang-from-ears mentality in favor of hanging the main bulk of the unit from a lanyard, and then running a set of cabled earphones off that. This is the type of Bluetooth device you should want and need. It is one of the best on the market. Great price, money well spent, and efficient. There are obvious advantages. Foremost, I think there’s a lot to be said for not looking like a fool with lumps of plastic hanging from the sides of one’s head! The MM200s have ‘normal’ earphone buds running off the lanyard and the left of these has an in-line microphone, too. The Bluetooth receiver has a clip enabling attachment to a shirt pocket or lapel, which can be removed when not wanted. This is not necessarily needed due to the fact that the unit it so light. This is hardly necessary as the unit is so light that when using its lanyard you end up forgetting that you are even wearing the thing in the first place!!!

In addition, the MM200’s has surprisingly great audio quality. For it’s price you don’t expect much, but in fact they are charging for both a Bluetooth head set and a pair of head phones. This Sony Bluetooth headset will not let you down, because it has so many different features and capabilities over most other headsets.

First, it looks great, easy to use. It has 3 buttons on the bottom (previous song, play/pause and next song) it has a volume control at the top of the device, it has a power button at the right side along with a micro USB input to charge, a clip in the back to attach to clothing, and finally the microphone and a phone action button at the front. Granted, the volume touch bar on top can be a hassle to use sometimes since it has a weird sense or registry, but it isn’t much of an issue, you can get used to it, plus you can have your own headphones with volume control if you wanted. The screen included shows you the track title and you can open up the music player by pressing the play button. THE SOUND QUALITY IS FANTASTIC, it is no different than plugging them in the device.

Second, the fact that you can use your own headphones is absolutely amazing, users have had no problems using their own in-ear headphones. Also, the headphones included are very nice, they are not cheap, they are in-ear style and they provide excellent sound, the length of the wire is very short (no extension was included) as it was meant for you to attach it to your clothing near your neck.

The battery life is nothing short of amazing, has a rated 11hr talk time and a 8.5h stereo listening time with a whopping 520h standby time which is about 21 days.

Its more like you won’t notice it for them most part, but don’t expect them to hold your bluetooth headset in place without an earhook. With an earhook, it allows it to rest against the face, but doesn’t hold it there very tightly.
